precisionWave Corporation is a Colorado Springs based company developing test products for the wireless communications industry. precisionWave Corporation was founded by four veterans from the wireless communications and test & measurement industries, two of whom remain with the company:

Peter Rogers, Vice President, CFO and Director of Finance

Mr. Rogers brings over 14 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting in the telecommunications, technical consulting and high-technology manufacturing industries. His prior leadership roles include Controller for the mixed-signal tester division at Credence Systems and Business Manager for SM&A Corporation. Steve Williams, Vice President and Director of Marketing

Prior to founding precisionWave, he was a group technical program manager for Agilent Technologies. From 1992-2000, he was a co-founder, technical manager and business development leader in the test and measurement business unit of Decision-Science Applications. Prior to that he served as a hardware engineer and product marketing engineer with Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Williams holds a BSEE from the University of Illinois and has 25 years of experience with test and measurement hardware and software design, marketing, planning and business development.
