precisionWave Corporation is pleased to announce that it's innovative RF Vector Signal Generator IP is now for sale. Instrument details can be found at www.precisionWave.com. Serious inquires along with approved bids should be directed by December 28, 2007 to Steve Williams, CEO. This IP sale includes the following items on an as-is basis, and will be sold to a single buyer only. - World-wide rights to our p1211B, p1411A and p1511A RF Vector Signal Generators and their IP.
- One working example of each instrument, p1211B, p1411A and p1511A.
- Schematics for all 3 instruments in electronic form.
- Assembly drawings for all 3 instruments in electronic form.
- Mechanical drawings for all 3 instruments in electronic form.
- Printed circuit board design files for all 3 instruments in electronic form.
- On-hand electronic component, raw printed circuit board, and mechanical component inventory.
- One computer system containing all instrument software, test system software and calibration system software, as well as the full set of build tools and FPGA/CPLD programming tools.
- One p1211B and one p1411A User Manual in electronic and printed form.
- Written test system description, along with schematics and one working example of our digital component test fixture.
- Calibration system written description.
- 40 hours of remote technical consultation is included.
- Additional limited technical consultation is available on-site or remotely.

With heavy hearts and unspeakable disappointment, we announce precisionWave Corporation’s plan to halt operations effective immediately. Since precisionWave's initial corporate funding in 2004, additional planned operating funds were not secured, meaning that continued operation beyond this point could leave customers, suppliers or employees in financial jeopardy. We are unwilling to place these important people and entities at any risk. A significant instrument design partnership with a major test and measurement company looked to be a key source of operating funds. However, this project was abruptly cancelled several weeks ago due to an inexplicable last-minute budget mismatch. As well, the recent resignation of our founding CEO and another key founder, has left us unable to develop our innovative, high performance, low cost RF Vector Signal Generators, nor pursue our vision of low-cost RF instrumentation in general. If you are aware of anyone who may be interested in IP related to RF Vector Signal Generators, we would very much appreciate the opportunity to talk with them.
